This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and CoParent Console. By installing or using the app, you agree to the terms of this EULA.
1. Licence Grant
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the CoParent Console app solely for lawful personal or professional use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or copy the app
- Rent, lease, or sublicense the app
- Use the app for any commercial resale or unlawful purpose
3. Ownership
CoParent Console retains all rights, title, and interest in the app, including all intellectual property rights. This licence does not grant you ownership.
4. Updates and Availability
We may update the app from time to time. Availability and features may change without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or lost data.
5. Termination
We may terminate this licence if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the app from your device.
6. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
