At CoParent Console, safety and accountability are at the heart of what we do. We understand that many of our users are navigating high-conflict or sensitive situations, so we’ve built features with both security and moderation in mind.
Safe Communication by Design
- All messages are time-stamped and cannot be edited or deleted
- Users are notified of new messages and calendar changes to reduce miscommunication
- Users can block or report inappropriate messages
Optional Third-Party Access
- You can give your solicitor or guardian ad litem view-only access
- Moderators cannot edit or participate in conversations
- This creates transparency and builds trust in high-conflict scenarios
What We Don’t Allow
- Harassment, threats, or abusive content of any kind
- Uploading false documentation or impersonating another user
- Bypassing or attempting to manipulate court orders
Violations may result in warnings, restricted access, or account suspension. Our priority is maintaining a respectful space centred on the child’s wellbeing.
